Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL) is inviting online applications for Attendant-cum-Technician posts at sailcareers.com. The application process has started, and the last date to apply for the posts is November 25. All interested and eligible candidates can apply online on the official website of SAIL at sailcareers.com.
A total of 85 vacancies will be filled by the organisation at the Bokaro Steel plant. All the selected candidates will go through 2 years of training followed by 1 year of probation. After completion of their training period, they will get the basic pay of the respected post.
Candidates will be selected for the Attendent-cum-technician posts through an object type Computer Based Test (CBT) and Skill Trade Test.
SAIL Recruitment 2023: Age Limit
Candidates applying for the posts should be within 28 years as of May 1, 2023. There will be a relaxation of the upper age limit for reserved categories.
SAIL Recruitment 2023: Educational Qualification
Candidates applying for the post should have passed their Matriculation and need to complete at least one year of apprenticeship training in designated trade from an integrated steel plant and the candidate should have a National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) issued by the National Council for Vocational Training.
SAIL Recruitment 2023: Application Fee
The application fee for General/EWS and OBC category candidates is Rs. 300, and SC/ST/PwBD/Departmental/ESM candidates need to pay only Rs. 100.
