IIT Madras has been ranked top as the best institute in the Overall ranking category by NIRF 2023.
The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Madras in Chennai retained its top position as the best educational institution in the overall rankings category by NIRF for the year 2023. IIT Madras has ranked top for the fifth consecutive term as the best institute under the overall category.
The National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF) 2023 has released the institute ranking for the year 2023. The NIRF Ranking 2023 was released by Dr. Rajkumar Ranjan Singh, the Minister of State for Education and External Affairs. The ranking was released in several categories, including Overall, Universities, Colleges, Engineering, Management, Medical, Research Institutions and others. The NIRF 2023 rankings are available on the official website, nirfindia.org.
Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Madras retained the top position in the overall rankings for NIRF 2023. The prestigious Indian Institute of Science (IISC) Bengaluru is in second place.
The top-ranked Universities were IISC Bengaluru, followed by Jawaharlal Nehru University in New Delhi.
