Recently, the southwestern railway announced the recruitment of candidates for the Apprentice posts. The officials further added that there would be 904 posts where eligible candidates can send their applications at rrchubli.in. 

Eligible candidates require completion of the registration process. The registration process started on 3rd July 2023 and will continue till 2nd of August 2023. Following is the other information about the vacancy details.

The southwestern railway recruitment for 2023 has vacancies for different posts.

  • 217 vacancies for carriage repair workshop Hubbali.
  • 237 Vacancies for the Hubbali division.
  • 230 vacancies for the Bengaluru division.
  • 43. Vacancies for Central Workshop, Mysuru.
  • 177. Vacancies for Mysuru division.

All interested candidates must be eligible for the position before sending their application forms. The interested candidates must pass their high school or 10th with a minimum grade of 50% marks from a recognised board.

The age limit of the candidate has also been mentioned between 15 to 24 years. The relaxable upper age limit is by 5 years for the SC/ST candidates. For the OBC candidates, it would be 3 years, and candidates in the PWD category would get 10 years of relaxation.

How to apply for the position?

Candidates are requested to fill out the online application form and send it by 2 August 2023. Additionally, candidates would also require taking a printout of the received confirmation page as a future reference. While submitting their online applications, candidates would be required to pay Rs.100 with the integrated online payment gateway. Candidates can use credit cards, debit cards, internet banking, etc., to pay the fee for the online application. It is a non-refundable fee. 

The selection process for this exam would be entirely based on a merit list. It will be prepared after finding the average of the marks obtained in their ITI examination and matriculation.
